Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information. First, you may give us data directly—your name, email address, phone number, company details and any documents you upload when you complete a contact form or schedule a call. Second, when you pay online our processor (Stripe, PayPal or Square) collects limited payment details such as the last four digits of your card and billing ZIP code; we do not store full card numbers. Third, our site automatically records technical data—IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers—through tools like Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
How we use your information
We use personal data to answer inquiries, deliver contracted services, send invoices or proposals, improve site performance and marketing, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
